A live performance of Book One of the Tao Te Ching ...a Book about the Way and the Power of the Way, by Lao Tzu, in an English version by Ursula K Le Guin.

Adrian Williams-Brett (text) & Cye Wood (live score) are both well established local performing artists whose gifts continue to see them perform and collaborate in many corners of the globe.

Their shared reverence for the depth, humour and sublime poetry of the Tao Te Ching has resulted in a moving live performance that serves to illuminate this ancient and universal text, providing a unique and expansive perspective to connect and commune with the many pearls of timeless wit and wisdom contained within.

"The most loveable of all the great religious texts, funny, keen, modest, indestructibly outrageous and inexhaustibly refreshing. Of all the deep springs this is the purest water' - Ursula K Le Guin
