Baby Boomers celebrate being alive in this fabulous musical journey into what ageing means. Original music by Ollie Heathwood, Jude Magee and Jennifer Parenteau with a feelin' groovy live band and a cast of great singers.

The same crew brought The Wake to The Brunswick Heads Picture House two years running, and all shows sold out with long waiting lists.

Sex, Drugs and Handrails will have you laughing, tapping your feet, being deeply moved, and most of all having a very good time.

Tickets are strictly limited so get in early. There are no allocated seats but all seats have a great view.

All shows will start promptly, on time, and run for 90 minutes with no interval. Parking can mean a bit of a walk so allow time for this please.

All proceeds are going to Charity.

Ollie Heathwood recently wrote and directed The Wake performed for two sold out seasons at The Brunswick Heads Picture House in 2024 and 25.

Ollie is well known to North Coast audiences having written and directed a number of musicals including Paradiso Fantasma, Rainbow Song, Pasta Mambo, The Struggle of The Naga Tribe, and White Girl No Dreaming.

She is hosting this event on behalf of Northern Rivers for Refugees
