August 2027

A wonderfully chaotic comedy inspired by the hapless amateur players of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Armed with more enthusiasm than theatrical skill, the Mechanicals stumble their way through rehearsals, rivalries and the glorious business of putting on a show. Playful, physical and full of theatrical mishaps, The Popular Mechanicals is a celebration of anyone who has ever dared to step onto a stage and make a little magic.

A play by Keith Robinson, William Shakespeare & Tony Taylor.

Directed by Mike Russo.
